The 2021-2026 Strategic Plan outlines the four Strategic Directions that guide learning in Central Okanagan Public Schools: Equity & Excellence in Learning, System Wellbeing, Transformative Leadership, and Family & Community Engagement.
At the heart of the Plan is our Vision, Purpose, and Overarching Goal. Our District Values and the principles of Truth & Reconciliation and Diversity & Inclusion also inform the Strategic Directions.
