In School District No. 23, the Board is composed of seven elected citizens. Trustee elections are held every four years in conjunction with municipal elections. 

Board Meetings (twice permonth) and Board Standing Committee Meetings are held in person at the school board office. Agenda's and meeting minute highlights are sent to school PACs' district email accounts and can also be accessed through the District's Electronic Board Meeting site.
