Registration Services:
The Learning Centre (TLC) can provide the following services to partner groups who have arranged workshops or courses:
4 Entry into eReg (Automated online registration system)
4 Registration Support
4 Attendance Lists
4 Name Tags
4 Advertising (Catalogue and Online)
4 Fee Collection
To access our services, pls submit your course request using FirstClass:

Fee Collection:
Fee collection can be coordinated by The Learning Centre. If you have a program which will require this service, please contact The Learning Centre to discuss details such as withdrawals, refunds, processing fees and redistribution of funds.
Requests and Proposals:
If you have an idea for an event, belong to a group of employees who have identified a training need or you are a supervisor looking for direction in obtaining training for your staff - we are here to help. Send your ideas with as much detail as possible by email. Someone will get back to you as soon as possible to explore your ideas.
Staff Development Support Services
The TLC staff will provide on-site staff development support services to assist Principals and Vice-Principals with planning, preparation and facilitation of staff development activities in their schools.
Training and In-Service
These services are provided to deliver specific job-related training, In-Service and certification in a variety of settings. The TLC staff will work with supervisors and staff to design and deliver “just-in-time” training opportunities. Staff and supervisors are encouraged to submit training request to the TLC staff as needs arise.
Learning Team Coordination and Support
Learning teams are small groups of educators that meet to engage in a professional growth experience focused on improving instructional practice and student learning. Learning teams are facilitated by a variety of educators who have expertise in the topical/curricular area, and in facilitation. Resources and release time will be provided to support the activities of the learning team through out the school year.
Professional Growth Plan Support
This service provides support and resources for teachers who are completing a Professional Growth Plan.
Targeted Learning Opportunity Program
The purpose of the Targeted Learning Opportunity (TLO) Program is to provide strategic support for initiatives related to School District goals. Learning events that are designated as Targeted Learning Opportunities are determined by the directors and funded accordingly.
