The FRIENDS program is a school-based early intervention and prevention program, proven to be effective in building resilience and reducing the risk of anxiety disorders in children.  
Designed for grades K, 1, 4, 5, 6 and 7 students.
This “one-stop” access provides information on healthy school resources and programs. 
Helps build caring, peaceful, and civil societies through the development of empathy in children and adults.



An evidence-based health education resource for BC schools.
iMinds helps young people in Grades 6 to 10 maximize their mental health and social-emotional literacy.
                All materials are available free of charge and include:
