National CAP Site - Industry Canada
Industry Canada's Community Access Program (CAP) gives thousands of Canadians affordable access to the Internet in places like schools, community centres and libraries. It provides access to those people who might not have computers or Internet access in their homes or workplaces.
Le Programme d'accès communautaire (PAC) d'Industrie Canada donne des milliers de Canadiens et Canadiennes un accès abordable à Internet à partir d'endroits comme des écoles, des centres communautaires et des bibliothèques. Il est destini aux gens qui pourraient ne pas avoir d'ordinateur ni d'accès à Internet chez eux ou au travail.
